Restaurateur Donatella Arpaia and Chef Michael Psilakis are once again opening the doors to the acclaimed DONA restaurant in Midtown New York City. A new location sets the tone for a new menu, setting, and concept.

We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented manager with a passion for service, a positive attitude and a willingness to both learn and teach. A passion for food, wine and customer service as well as the ability to build a great rapport with staff and customers are characteristics that are required without mention. Technical skills required include but are not limited to; thorough understanding of FOH procedures and policies, staff management, motivation, hiring, retention and training, experience with financial management, inventory management and vendor relations, payroll management, and opening and closing responsibilities.
