Add Ordering System to Restaurant Website
Suppose your restaurant already has a website, you can add the ordering system to the existing website easily.
The ordering system can exist on a subdomain of your restaurant website.
For example:
http://www.onlinefoodmenus.com - main website
http://demo.onlinefoodmenus.com - ordering on subdomain
This is a simple process which involves entering an IP address (which we provide for the cart) into your domain DNS (whether your domain registrar / hosting is GoDaddy, HostGator, Network Solutions, or any service provider).
Your current website can exist exactly as the way it was. In addition, now it can accept online orders over the internet, once the OFM food ordering cart is seamlessly integrated.
Website Orders to Restaurant Fax Machine
Customers visit the restaurant's online ordering section of the website and click-in an order for delivery. The software maps out the home / office address provided by customers, and faxes the complete order (address info, phone number, order items, map, and total due) over to the restaurant's fax machine.
The lag time between the completed web order to the restaurant's fax machine is 1-2 minutes (restaurant owners can test this out with any fax machine through the demo). Please write to request a password for faxing.
In addition, the order information is collected in a central administration panel that the restaurant owners can log in to review daily. New order alerts can also be setup to send text messages to cell phones.
This is an automated process between the website and the fax machine once the customer initiates the order for delivery process.
Restaurants save time and human resources from phone orders.
