A Little Something About Me: A little about me... My name is Linda I grew up in the bar business. My grandpa owned a bar in South Gate, CA my sister and I were there all the time. I never wanted to be in the that type of business. (So I thought) When I turned 21 I started bartending at a bar in Downey, CA as a second job (Law firm durring the day and wild bartender at night)after realizing the fantatic tips I earned I gave up the law firm and was earning about 500 per day just in tips. I learned to love the business. I went on to manage a country bar in Downey where Gary Allan was our house band. At one time I was working three different bars at once. That is when I met Nolie. He came in drunk off his ass and I knew it was fate. We have now been together for over 12 years. Nolie grew up in the restaurant business we were like a perfect match. A short time after getting together we open our first restaurant night club. We made a few mistakes but learning from them we went on to open a couple other bar and grills.
What are some other professional experiences you have?: Besides the bar/restaurant business. Nolie and I are both licenced real estate agents. We have been working in the real estate loan business for about as long as the bar/restaurant business. We love to keep busy.

When did you first get involved in the restaurant business?: I was raised in the bar/restaurant business. So I have been in it for 38 years.
How many restaurants do you own and what are their specialty dishes?: I own two restaurants. One is in a little ghost town. We are the only place in town so we do a little bit of everything there from pizza, burger, mexican to BBQ ribs.
